Am I the only one on this planet that hates the people that I work with?

If not, how do I deal with these people 8 hours a day, 5 days a week? By noon I want to scream!! I like what I do, just not with these people. Don't get me wrong, it's not everyone, just a vast majority. I feel that I have to babysit all day long. My boss is just as bad as them, if not worse. I call him the ring leader. The bad thing is, the trade that I'm in, it's hard to find another position, so I can't just up a leave, I need to deal. I've tried talking to other management and it goes nowhere....I even talked to the owner...nothing. Any advise?
