A poor country . People waiting for their wages ; the goverment tell them : We have no money ; no wages !?

But after 4 months of people problems ; the dictator ( leader of the country ) , decides something to save him self : Print money and give wages , saying : '; They want money ; We give them what they want '; . So my question is : WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN ?
